We ask that signs be removed within 3 days of the close of escrow to avoid removal by the new property owner.

If a post is removed by agent or broker, please inform us so that we can update our inventory of warehoused signs.

Bank Owned, Repo/ REO, Short Sales and Foreclosures:  Agent or Broker should request removals prior to foreclosure date to reduce the risk of unrecovered post.
